2.4 Basic Privacy Settings

Moving onto third step, what actually is important to Facebook is understanding how privacy
works in Facebook. They’ve got a guide where they explain what privacy settings mean.

Every time you post on Facebook, whether that’s text, photograph or a video, on your own Facebook page, you can choose who see that.
So you can make it open to public that means anyone in the world, even those who are not on Facebook, they can see what you have posted on your profile page.
Or you can choose it to be visible to only your friends on Facebook. There’s other settings too,
You can make small groups of friends and family and can choose to only share your stuff with them.
After you have posted on Facebook you can choose to change these settings any time too.
So if you post something you can decide whether not to share it with anybody or with your friends, family or even everyone.

STEP 2
Tagging On Facebook:
It is actually when people can actually able you in a photograph or in some text or video. It also includes that they can mention your name in something that they write. It will make a clickable link to your profile so some people who would like to tag you in their stuff and that will appear on your Facebook page as well. Now you can also change the settings here to stop this from happening.

STEP 3
Here you can choose your audience. That means you can choose whom you will like to show your future posts, and as said earlier it can be changed later too, whenever you want.

STEP 4:
It is actually asking about the other websites and apps whom you want to give permission. This means you can login in those apps and subscribe those websites using your Facebook profile.
